Ok, this is a big promise but I'm going to make it because I am that confident you are going to say - this is the most amazing GF sourdough I have ever had!

I love, love, love to cook GF and nail it for my gluten intolerant & coeliac friends. That's why I have created these organic, no nasties sourdough and focaccia pre-made blends for you, your kids and loved ones. To make life easier and yummier.

This workshop excites me because up until I really delved into a few GF cookbooks by my favourite home bakers, I really felt all GF flours were alien and unmanageable for me to use. 

I want to change that for you and show you hands on in my kitchen how to manage GF dough, pie pastry, cakes and cookies. Easy hacks to make big batches and freeze them. So, you will never have to buy another store bought treat again.

I feel that by doing this in a home kitchen and showing you how my pantry is set up, will set you up for success in replicating great GF sourdough and pastry for your family.

On the day we will bake together:

*Sourdough loaf - you will each be making one from scratch to take home and bake. (I will gift you your own GF starter to keep forever and continue to bake with.) 

*Waffles made with your sourdough starter. Gut loving fermented batter, easy to make and can be used for pancakes too!

*Pie pastry - both savoury and sweet. 

*Choc chip cookies, walnut & cherry cookies and more

All the flours, tools and books will be available for purchase on the day that are in the recipes I give you.

Definitely do not eat breakfast and come as hungry as possible, there will be plenty to eat. Yay!

Before the day I will email you the address and what to bring.

Being guided by me (who has had epic wins and flops with GF cooking) will be so much easier to navigate GF recipes in the future and pick my brain all day long with all the silly questions you feel you have ever had. I will endeavour to answer with humour and teach you all I can.

PLEASE NOTE: My GF sourdough is egg, nut, soy, yeast, corn, dairy free. They are made with a traditional fermented starter of GF flours and water.
