930am start - 3pm approx finish in Glenview, Sunshine Coast.
I am known as the Sourdough Mumma for a reason! As someone who has had epic wins and flops with GF cooking I would love to gift you my GF starter and teach you all about gut friendly, body nourishing GF baking. No gums and no nasties.
I want to show you hands on in my kitchen how to manage GF starter, pie pastry, cakes and cookies. Easy hacks to make big batches and freeze them. So, you will never have to buy another store bought bakery item again.
I feel that by doing this in a home kitchen and showing you how my pantry is set up, will set you up for success in replicating great GF sourdough and pastry for your family.
On the day we will bake together:
*Taking a deep dive into managing your GF sourdough starter. How to feed him, what not to do, how to manage discard and so much more.
*Sourdough wraps/naan bread made with your sourdough starter. So easy to make, they freeze well and can be used for dinner, lunches, lunch boxes and more. The best part is they actually wrap and dont break apart!
*Sourdough waffles made with your sourdough starter. Gut loving fermented batter, easy to make and can be used for pancakes too!
*Pie pastry - both savoury and sweet.
*Choc chip cookies, walnut & cherry cookies and more
All the flours, tools and books will be available for purchase on the day that are in the recipes I give you.
As you may know, I have created organic sourdough and focaccia pre-mix blends for you, your kids and loved ones. To make life easier and yummier. These will also be available on the day and are easy to use with 'Oscar' my beloved GF starter I will gift you.
Definitely do not eat breakfast and come as hungry as possible, there will be plenty to eat. Yay!

After this workshop it will be so much easier for you to navigate GF recipes in the future. You are welcome to pick my brain all day long with all the silly questions you feel you have ever had. I will endeavour to answer with humour and teach you all I can.
