The dough whisk is an amazing tool for mixing your dough so there are no dry flour bits without getting it all over your hands. Also the absolute best for whisking cakes, cookie, eggs and anything else you love to whip! A Lame is for scoring the top of your dough with a simple pattern. This scoring creates weak points in the dough allowing the steam to escape and rise whilst also making it look pretty. A thermometer to always check the temp of your cooked sourdough, baking it to perfection and making sure it is not gummy inside. The rolling pin and bread knife are loving carved by Greg in Tasmania from foraged Tasmanian hard woods.
