Love my Ruby sourdough starter, she is alive and thriving, I’m two delicious loaves in and loving my sourdough era. Have purchased the Ruby the starter, feed my starter and the Koresan flour and have made two absolutely delicious loaves with the third in process right now. Very happy with all my products. I also love the tutorial videos which I watched while I made my loaves…. was brilliant and made me feel confident about each step l was doing… the result, perfect sourdough bread. 🩷 Thank you for making my sourdough making experience so fantastic … I’m a total sourdough convert for life now. 🥰

The sour dough starter pack is great with so many videos to follow along to.
I however didn’t watch the whole video and accidentally messed up my starter. When I reached out via Insta, Georgie immediately responded with advice and info on where I went wrong. Taking on the advice, the following week I baked my very first sour dough loaf.
Highly recommend!

After “accidentally” breaking my original starter I ordered a new one and within 4 days I was up and running again.
