Start the Process.
Contact our Customer Happiness Team by email, phone, or online form. Provide your order information and a brief description of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Packages Broken in Transit.
If your parcel arrives and something is damaged, don't worry we will cover this.  Contact our Customer Service team with photos of damaged parcel within 24 hours of receiving and we will reply to you shortly after. 

Easy Returns.
If your order isn't what you expected, simply contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We'll provide a hassle-free return process.

The products need to be in new condition, with no damage or use, unopened. 

Prompt Refunds.
Once we receive your returns, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be credited back via the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility if you simply don't like the product for any reason. If the product arrives damaged we cover return shipping costs.
